This is a stunning pair of Japanese akoya saltwater cultured pearl screwback fan earrings.

The pearls are 3.75mm round. They have great luster with rosy overtones and white color. They are set in solid sterling silver with a black enamel coating, very stunning contrast. Stamped "STERLING" and "SK" for an unknown designer. They are large and measure 1 1/4 inch across. 

All pearls are truly vintage and have only been lightly cleaned.
